EP 8539 - Electrolyte polishing for aluminium
Application:

• EP 8539 for electrochemical polishing of aluminum and alloys.
• EP 8539 is applied to the aluminum processing industry, making the surface of aluminum parts more glossy before being anodized, dyed or painted.
• EP 8539 is used in semi-automatic manual workshops as well as closed automatic lines.

Advantages:

• EP 8539 does not contain nitric acid, therefore does not produce nitrogen oxide gas.
• EP 8539 can achieve mirror shine. The fluid operates at high speed.
• EP 8539 is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive. It is not necessary to have a vacuum cleaner.
• EP 8539 has a wide working range so it is easy to use. Simple to operate and maintain, virtually trouble-free.

• Simple wastewater treatment. Contains no chromate or halogen elements reducing wastewater treatment costs.
