VpCI®-423

VpCI-423 - Effective rust and stain remover for iron, steel, copper and brass substrates.
Application:

• VpCI-423 in-process rust removal for metal parts and warehouses, interior and exterior surfaces of tanks and ships, rusted outdoor machinery and equipment, tools, locks and frozen parts lighting.
• VpCI-423 can remove rust in hard to reach locations, vertical and overhead.
• VpCI-423 can be used with conventional spray equipment with or without air or with a brush. Remove the rust layer of the screwdriver, then coat the surface with VpCI-423.

Advantages:

• VpCI-423 contains a rapid corrosion inhibitor to prevent rapid corrosion during rust and oxide removal. After descaling, rinse the area thoroughly with water, then use Cortec® VpCI-414 or similar alkaline cleaners to ensure clean, corrosion-free metal surfaces.
• VpCI-423 adheres to vertical and overhead surfaces to remove rust and oxides in hard-to-reach spaces.
• VpCI-423 has no adverse effects on most paints, plastics, wood, textiles, cement and rubber.
• VpCI-423 has a non-flammable and mild odor formulation, ideal for use in the factory.
• VpCI-423 is NSF registered (A3), approved for use in indirect food contact. It contains 91% USDA certified bio-content.
• VpCI-423 is formulated to remove rust and oxides on vertical and overhead surfaces.
• VpCI-423 meets SDANSN 6850-01-482-4536 standard.
