TriCOLTM Décor

TriCOLTM Décor -Trivalent decorative white chrome plating additive, environmental friendly.
Application:

• TriCOLTM Décor products are widely applied in the trivalent chromium (Cr3+) plating process of auto parts factories and motorbikes. The product is used for both iron and plastic materials.
• In the US, TriCOLTM Décor is used in plating lines at component factories of major car manufacturers such: Ford, GM, FCA..
• In Vietnam to meet the strict requirements of the component manufacturing industry, exporting to Europe, the trend of switching from hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) to trivalent chromium (Cr3+) is also starting to develop.

Advantages:

• TriCOLTM Décor is an environmentally friendly trivalent chromium (Cr3+) additive that ensures the health of workers operating in the factory. Wastewater does not contain hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) will reduce wastewater treatment costs.
• Gives a bright chrome deposit, good covering power, throwing power, leveling, and good corrosion resistance.
• Eliminates milky white burn in the high current density area. This problem is common for hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) plating processes.
• Trivalent chromium (Cr3+) baths can work long and stable when using an ion exchange system to remove impurities.
• Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) baths with lead-tin alloy anodes have a life span of only 12-18 months. Trivalent chromium (Cr3+) baths with graphite anodes can last for more than 20 years.
• Properly operated trivalent chromium (Cr3+) baths you can achieve better leveling than hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) baths.
• Environmentally friendly, cyanide-free, and (Cr6+) reduces wastewater treatment costs.
• Chemicals that meet RoHS standards are eligible for products to be exported to demanding markets such as the US, Japan, and the EU.
