HCH Bond 1050WA - Nano Zirconiumcoating for iron, aluminum, aluminum alloy surfaces, instead of conventional zinc phosphate, before powder coating.
Application:

• HCH Bond 1050WA is an eco-friendly low temperature (25-350C) Zirconium nanotechnology coating to replace the conventional phosphate process.
• HCH Bond 1050WA can be applied to the powder coating industry of steel structure products. The more automated factories are, the easier it is to adopt this product.
• HCH Bond 1050WA is used in semi-automatic manual workshops as well as closed automatic coating lines.

Advantages:

• HCH Bond 1050WA does not contain heavy metals such as nickel, zinc, manganese, phosphate salts and VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Therefore, making the wastewater treatment process much simpler than conventional phosphating.
• HCH Bond 1050WA is suitable for use with treated steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and alloys through spraying or dipping.
• Can be easily converted from the conventional phosphate line to the HCH BOND 1050WA process with no equipment changes or adjustments, just a slight change in operating parameters.
• HCH Bond 1050WA has a wide working range so it is easy to use.
• Chemicals meeting RoHS standards are eligible for products to be exported to demanding markets such as the US, Japan, and the EU.
